Please note that a £2.99 refund/return processing fee will apply to eligible refunds and will be deducted from your refund amount.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on earrings.

As earrings come into direct contact with the ears and skin, this policy helps protect the health and safety of both our customers and staff. Therefore, there will be no changes, exchanges or refunds on earrings.

If your earrings arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us by email as soon as possible with clear photos, and we will be happy to look into this for you.
